Ever since we started our olive oil production we have worked to bring Purio into the world without compromising the high quality of the prime olive oil you deserve. We bring great attention to every aspect of our oils. From the first steps of tending the trees on our groves to the last steps of decanting the oil into hand-made bottles.
The bottles are meticulously designed to preserve the oil in the best possible way while also giving you a sensorial experience through its unique shape. As a homage to the stunning views overlooking our olive groves, the structure of the bottle resembles the trees as seen from above. Inspired by Japan, designed in Denmark, and hand-made in Turkey. Three cultures intertwined through simplicity, purity and with a true respect for nature. Every detail counts.

So how do we stand out?
All of our oils are made from Gemlik olives. They are usually considered too precious for olive oil production. But notfor Purio.
We harvest much earlier than normal. This gives us less oil, but the taste is much more fresh and pungent.
Every single olive is hand-picked when the time is just right. It slows the process down but brings you greater qualityand is much more gentle to the trees.
The oil is extracted immediately after the olives are harvested. During extraction we keep the temperatures low. Thisdiminishes oxidation and allows us to keep a much higher amount of beneficial nutrients in the final product such asextraordinary levels of polyphenol, a very strong antioxidant proven to benefit your health.
Our carefully crafted bottles are hand-made and designed to preserve your olive oil exquisitely with a pourer that makessure you don’t waste a single drop.
